Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Vercent Labs websites and Vercent CRM product services.
Service availability
Vercent CRM manual mode is currently the only live production mode. Additional automation modes are in progress and may not be generally available.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for account security, lawful usage, and compliance with role-based access boundaries. Abuse, unauthorized access, or platform misuse may result in suspension.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay. Charges, taxes, and billing intervals are shown at checkout.
Liability and changes
We may update services and these Terms over time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vercent Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
